Flexible Offer (with dinner / HB)

The price of the stay includes:

• breakfast in the form of a buffet. Mon - Fri 7:30 - 10:00; Sat - Sun, Holidays 8:00 - 10:00,
• dinner served according to the daily menu of the Chef (for children 5-12 years ½ portion, drinks extra paid). Mon - Sun 16:00 - 19:00,
• unlimited use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi (available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm),
• monitored parking (closed at night),
• free access to wifi internet,
• television.

Additional information:

• the hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00,
• the reception is open 24h,
• children under 5 years old (sleeping in bed with parents) - accommodation with breakfast is free!
• it is possible to purchase dinner or full board,
• free access to one telephone line (domestic calls: landline and mobile),
• local fee payable in cash at the reception (collected based on the Resolution of the Mielno Commune Council).

Notes regarding VAT Invoices:

• Before making a deposit payment, please let us know whether an invoice will be issued for the above stay.
• Please provide the details for the invoice. The invoice will be issued only for payments from the company bank account; in the case of payment from a private account, a receipt will be issued.

cancelling the booking: This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 2 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
