The price of the stay includes:

• breakfast in the form of a buffet,
• unlimited use of the pool and jacuzzi (available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM),
• monitored parking available, locked at night; free of charge off-season, and during the high season (May 1 – September 30) a fee applies.

• television.

Additional information:

• hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM,
• reception is open 24 hours,
• children up to 5 years old (sleeping in bed with parents) - accommodation with breakfast free of charge!
• possibility to purchase dinner or full board,
• free access to one telephone line (national calls: landlines and mobiles),
• local tax payable in cash at the reception (charged based on the Resolution of the Mielno Commune Council).

Notes about VAT invoices:

• Before paying the deposit, please provide feedback whether an invoice will be issued for the above stay.
• Please provide invoice details. The invoice will be issued only for payments from the company’s bank account; if payment is made from a private account, a receipt will be issued.

cancelling the booking: This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 2 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
