W cenę pobytu wliczone jest:

• breakfast served as a buffet,
• unlimited use of the pool and jacuzzi (available from 8:00 to 21:00),

Additional information:

• check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00,
• the reception is open 24 hours,
• a monitored parking lot is available, locked at night; it is free outside the season and a fee applies during the high season (1 May–30 September),
• children up to 5 years old (sleeping in the parents' bed) — stay with breakfast free of charge!
• it is possible to purchase dinner or full board,
• free access to one telephone line (domestic calls: landline and mobile),
• local tax payable in cash at reception (charged pursuant to the Resolution of the Mielno Commune Council).

Notes regarding VAT invoices:

• before paying the deposit, please inform us whether an invoice will be issued for the above-mentioned stay.
• please provide billing details. An invoice will be issued only for payments from a company bank account; if payment is made from a private account, a receipt will be issued.

cancelling the booking: This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 2 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
