  A soothing facial care ritual that subtly cleanses, smooths and prepares the face skin for the active nourishing-moisturizing stage. Using a manual massage, the Cold Cream oil-serum is intensively regenerating the epidermis, replenishing lipids, restoring comfort to dry skin, and pleasantly relaxing the facial muscles while reducing fine wrinkles.

A local fee is required: payable in cash at the hotel reception (collected based on the Resolution of the Mielno City Council).

cancelling the booking: The reservation is confirmed by paying 30% deposit within three days after booking. Reservation will be automaticalyy cancelled if the deposit hasn’t been paid on time. Deposit is not refundable. When you cancel or make your stay shorter then your orginal requested reservation, your deposit is not refundable. The remaining amount is required to be paid on arrival.
